Performance reflects the returns of the East Coast Performance Fund LP (the “Fund”), from Sept 2009 to Mar 2018, with 0% management and performance fees, and net of expenses. Performance returns from Apr 2018 onward are of the East Coast Strategic Credit Trust (the “Trust”), Class I, net of 1% management fees and 10% performance fees and expenses as outlined herein. Records which document and support this performance are available upon request.  Expenses of the Trust are roughly 10bps higher than the Fund, however we expect that to decrease the Trust grows in size. As returns prior to Apr 2018 are of another fund using the same strategy, the performance of the Trust is hypothetical over that timeframe.
